letvia, my daughter just downloaded a update for her laptop, it was a service pack and it caused her computer to crash, the service man she talked to told her his did the same thing after downloading this update, hope you haven't been updating

No, I didn't do anything, I was at Cute and suddenly was disconnected and my husband is really busy with work to look at it, so he does the easiest thing, hahaha. Flower and XoXo

I like to use my laptop because is easy to carry up and it is a Macquintoch so I can surf at the internet with confident because I know I can not get a virus. I have two kids (4 and 2 years old) and couldn't go to the basement to use the computer. Thank you Dlonna. Flower and XoXo
