Great picture! I love those autumn crocuses, but don't like the large leaves they show later in the year. We started years ago with a few dry bulbs in the window and after they flowered put them in the garden, now we have them abundantly in the garden.
Here the (spring) crocuses are showing everywhere in the garden. Big ones, small ones. Spring has sprung!

lucky you! We're still waiting for spring to show up! I had some beautiful grape hyacynths at the place we moved from and forgot to dig them up!! Guess I'll have to start all over again here!

Crocus are fun flowers. Snow crocus should be up now in my area. We have had another weird winter, but somehow they know.

Shirley these are lovely. It is what is called the autumn crocus from my bit of the world. The spring ones are out in the UK at the moment in my garden
