It does have a new look. The good thing is that if the red bothers you, you can scroll down and it disappears in the header.

I think a week or two ago, when I went I thought I was at the wrong site. The red is harder on my eyes, so it is taking me awhile to get used to it.

You can also change it back to the old format if you like--'your preferences'...I like the old format better because I'm so "set in my ways" as my dad used to say.
