you could do it with out the writing

Well www.emblibrary.com has schnauzer sketches, long ear and not sure about tail or stitch count. Slightly over on stitches but not by much.

Little bigger than you asked for too, however. I don't know if they or you can resize it and turn out as well or not.

I would check Pamelasembroidery as well.

I've not checked all of those details but there are some schnauzers at Advanced Embroidery.
