I am having a problem with Wilcome Truesizer. It will not convert any design for me.

I have some Emb designs that I would like to use in vp3, and can't convert in Embird....I get a message saying

My version of Wilcom Truesizer can't open or VP3, but I can save as VP3 in Embird. I wonder what the rest of your message said? LOL
