I have done a lot with my hoops, and have never had one break. I think that I would go back to the retailer and see if they would replace it. If they can't, then try the manufacturer. I had a thread case break (Sulky), and got in touch with Sulky, and they sent me another one at no charge. Hope you get this resolved.

22886Adelmarie, Sorry about your hoop, it does sound as tho it was defective. Tell your dealer!! I do not hoop towels, I spray the stabilzer, and then place the towel on the sticky part and baste it to the stabilizer. Hugs and flowers.
