Repair work begins tonight.......the kittens (one in particular, Cashew) loves to climb the screen door that keeps them in their "taming" room and this morning when we went down to feed them her little front leg was sticking out through the screen all the way at the top....so we will repair the screen (it already has the pet proof stuff in it...LOL) and then we may have to put a piece of plexi glass at the top.......we put a piece in the middle of the door and she leaps over it to get to the screen part.....I also have ordered them a cat tree, this may help them release their climbing energy...we have wall mounted shelving for them to climb on, but it would be difficult to wrestle on them.......I can pet all of them now and Jim can pet one......it will be quite sometime before they trust us enough to cut their nails and man, I can't wait to get rid of those kitty razors...it is like playing with Edward Scissorhand!!

I imagine you worry since the time he came home to you sick! They are our furbabies and part of the family, so we worry about them along with our human family. I am so happy to hear that he is eating!! Big hug to you, Sarah and Happy Holidays!

Yes, they will be strictly indoor like our other kitties. We trim nails every other Saturday...this morning I went down to sit with them and I needed 3 hands.......all three were rubbing on me and each other.......hope they continue to like each other, unlike the 4 sisters upstairs.....they barely tolerate each other and it has been like that since bringing them in the house........now that they are older they are more careful about picking their battles...they are either too old to care or too tired to fight...LOL!

Sammi really tells them off........they are so interested in him but when they go up to the screen door he hisses, growls and carries on like "a little girl"....I expected this reaction from him as he is wired so tight!! The kittens are so fun to watch and it has been a long time that we have had any so young.......I expect they will wear us out when they are tame enough for upstairs......

Jerilyn, I will get some new ones when we get their new cat tree.......if I were to walk into their room with the camera, they would hide, they don't trust any "instruments" in our hands except for their rawhide shoe string that they love us to bring down to them at playtime.....would love to set a camera up down there just to see what they are doing when I hear all the bumping and knocking around when I am upstairs........
