Thank you all dear friends for the nice birthday wishes. At the end of the day had an nice end. In the morning it seemed that my daughter and husband "forgot" my birthday. They didn't say anything, so I was a bit unhappy. But they were joking 'cos in the evening they arranged that my friends an family all came over ! So that was a nice surprise. I opened my SS gift (will post picture later) and it was a very nice birthday card and a lovely table runner ! Thank you SSister !

I am so glad it turned out to be a good day after all. It is tough to celebrate after loosing your parent not too long ago. My dad passed away last year on my birthday and I imagine that my birthday will always be a reminder.

Happy Birthday, so glad it was a happy event with friends and family there.
