I don't know what I was thinking when I bought a packet of pellon rainbow Spun made by Freudenburg from the mark down table..The label listed the following uses for it - creative patchwork ,applique ,curtains etc.Also it does not fray ,very stable ,washable in water up to 30C on gentle cycle & iron on cool settting.

I think , I thought it was Mylar.
Has anyone used this product for embroidery?

I have not heard of it, so I Googled Pellon rainbow spun and found this info, hope it helps

Have not used it but seen it worked into many multimedia project at show and tell. Would use it same way mylar for my understanding. It iss much used for artistic trading cards too.
