I have started mine, but we have company for the up-coming week, with my step-daughter,her husband, and our 10-month old grandson. So exciting...they live in Alberta and we have only seen Alex once. Looking forward to this visit!

I was away from home the past two weeks (ottawa Hospital for a second opinion, then my brother's burial on Monday).
The good news is that Chris's fat quarter finally arrived during that time. YAHOO!!! It is absolutely gorgeous, and I think it adds a "pop" to the fabrics.
Thank you all so much for the wonderful fabrics you have sent me.
Now to start on my project...I am so happy!

I think I would change your brown to something blue, tone-on-tone or Bali print.
6803Yippee! Just came back from my walk to the mailbox, and look what I got! Bonnie's beautiful fat quarter, with little golden butterflies. It works so well with the others. Thank you so much for redoing this, Bonnie.
Now, more patience needed for Chris's to arrive :)

5648Hi Guys, my last piece of fabric arrived from Bonnie (bnilla) today and I've taken a picture of all the 5 pieces, plus my purple star fabric, making the 6 pieces in all.
Now, I'm afraid I won't be doing much with it any time soon. I'm in the middle of getting things done for a craft stall at our upcoming fete in October and another project going on at the same time. Love Chris

Mail From Australia too America always takes longer than from Australia to America. Must depend on which way around the world it goes Westwards or Eastwards
