This is supposed to child proof scissors but....I think it would keep husbands away from them so they don't try and cut paper and ruin the edge...LOL

My husband is WELL TRAINED...SEWING ROOM off limits unless I am in there LOL, LOL ;D In the other room where I cut sometimes. I keep my scissors hidden under the fabric. Out of his EYE SIGHT...SMH *2U

I don't worry about my sewing scissors. I have lost count how many kitchen shears I have had to replace. I refuse to use them in the kitchen after he has used them to do who knows what in the garage.

I've got one that's a heart and a longer loop for the bigger pinking sheets or heavier scissors, actually I've not had to use it because I keep the scissors on a top shelf.
