GOOD MORNING....1 more 12 hour to go and I am off for a 4 days....these 12 hour work days are tough...especially from 4 pm to 4 am...get home at 5am then wake up usually around 8:45am to 9:am...


does anyone have a good natural remedy for sleeping...I drag at work, but I cannot stay asleep after that time...I tried melatonin but really does not help that much...

Try to take Chamomile it works really well & you can take tea or pills. Good luck, when I was younger I had to work the night shift every 3 weeks & hated it, couldn't sleep. Arlene

I would never survive working more than 8 hours... What you need is dark and quiet. Make sure your sleeping area is as dark and quiet as possible. Turn any LED clocks away from the way you face and try turning on a fan to muffle outside noise or use another white noise device. (I placed a very dark sheet behind my one curtain panel of my very wide window this past spring to help darken the bedroom so not to be awakened at the crack of dawn. It really helped! Wish the birds would cooperate.
