I believe you misunderstand the term "Royalty Free." The term does not mean "free-for-all," "do with it as you please," "at no cost," nor "not copyright protected." It only means there is not a per use payment requirement to the copyright or license holder
PLEASE READ the fine print to keep out of trouble!
The fine print on these are that they can be used to Digitized Machine Embroidery Designs, on T-shirts, Mugs etc. to sell or give away. But do not sell the clip art. No misunderstanding of terms of use on my part.
Muffy :)
Muffy, you conveniently left out some very important words from fine print contained within the End User License Agreement by Andy Nortnik: the complete sentence reads, "You may add my clip art to and sell tangible PRODUCTS like T-shirts, mugs, etc. and you may also sell those products through Print-On-Demand store like CafePress, Zazzle, & Etsy."
The term "tangible PRODUCTS" in the above statement is clear in that it does NOT give permission to give away a reproducible digital embroidery file--only permission to place the design on an item to resell.

I suggest you read it again to stay out of trouble.
I have contacted the designer to see what he "Really" means about his permission of use.
Muffy :)
