I just purchased The Star angel ( among others) at Stitch Delight and the DL page says I can't do that, has anyone else had this problem? And I was all ready to sew that Angel out!!! Phooy!!! Hugs, Judy

Thanx for replys!!! I waited & went back... Waited & went back... 3 times altogether, and tried all formats & finally got them to DL under Hus! Go figure! I am soooo pleased with my designs!!! Hugs, Judy

I've had quick responses from them if ever I have a problem. Email should sort it out pretty quickly.

Did you try left clicking on the down load file and then save as to save the files? Try that maybe it will work for you.

I haven't had it saying that I could not do that, but I had files that would not download. After 2 or 3 times the files being e-mailed to me I figured out that it was my virus protection. Once I went to another computer with Norton on it they downloaded fine. Sorry that you will have to wait for your file. Lt them know via e-mail and it may take a few days,
