How to make cake icing bunnies for your Easter cake. Sorry, no picture, but you guys are good with scissors so here goes: add enough confectioner's sugar to your leftover cake icing so you can roll it out like playdough. Roll a bit more than a tablespoon into a long cigar shape. Fold the cigar into a "z" shape and squish it a bit to make the bunny's rounded back side! Take your scissors (clean) and make a cut on each end of the tube/cigar shape for ears and for the back feet. Hand shape the rest till you are pleased and roll a tiny amount into a ball for the bunny tail. Wet with water if it won't stick. Let dry overnight. Edible if your hands were clean! Really cute to make parent bunnies and baby bunnies to hop across your cake, or to make in different pastels. Hope I'm not too late -- just thought of this. Blessed Easter.
