Baby sorry was a boy. They named him Atticus James. (AJ) Will take a while to feel comfy with it. But It will grow on us & then before we know it no other name would suit him :)

OOOOOH! Congratulations! Cheering for you and wishing you all health and happiness. hugs n roses, M
Congratulations nonna sure you are very glad for this birth. A baby at home, it is so sweet.
Congratulations Nonna,I'll bet there's smiles all round. It's so hard to keep a grin off the face when a new baby comes. That was a mighty quick delivery though..6 hours from birth to home again! Is this usual? Hardly gives the new mum a chance to catch her breath. But I'm happy to hear all are well.
It was Their choice to go home. We are lucky though , in Australia the hosp will send a community nurse around every day for up to 2 weeks if you discharge early. I think its because it doesnt cost the hosp system as much if you leave early.
