My GS Ben managed to tear open his stitches on his chin yesterday. Rushed to emergency, plastic surgeon bought in to access the damage. Ben was operated on this morning. He now has 9 stitches under the skin and a special plaster, called magic skin to hold everything together for 10 days. Let us hope that this will be the end of it. Sarah.

Ouch! I am glad he is home but I am sure his parents will not let him play out of their sight until he is healed. I am so sorry this happened but glad it could be repaired.

Hope he is OK. At least he had a plastic surgeon and that is a good thing. Suzanne

Thank you Bettina. My daughter does not really know what happened. They were out to lunch and Ben appeared from playing with blood coming from his wound. He says he didn't fall - but who knows? Ben is now home and resting but his parent's nerves are shot to pieces!!!
