What size homemade table napkins do you prefer & where do you like to put embroidered design? I want to make some- probably from 'homespun' cotton . I started searching the web before realizing that there is probably more knowledge found here.

I make my dinner napkins 22" by 22." I fold my napkins in half. Then fold them in half lengthwise twice which gives me a rectangle. I center my monogram in the bottom third of the top rectangle with the edges side down on the table.
