Hi, I would like to make a memory quilt to my brother for his wedding, this time I am not embroidering but using photo finish fabric and the printer, my question is how do I insert graphic to a photo, I want to add some Victorian style clipart around the photo but I do not know how to do it, I have Windows 8, and I was "playing" with Photo Gallery but no luck so far. maybe some one can give me an idea? Thank you.

Thank you for all your help, like always, you are soooo cute LOL. I found a Graphic /printing place, and they did all the work!!!! All eleven photos came up excellent, it looked like an original fabric, and I only paid 20 dollars!!! I am so happy!!!!! Now it is time to start my Memory Crazy Quilt!!!!!! Thank you, one million thanks.

Mary if you would like to send me the photo and the clipart and let me know exactly how you want the clipart arranged and the total size, I will do it for you ready to print out.

i assume that you can scan photos into your computer. If so try this trick.
tear out words from a magazine or write your own.
Take an A4 piece of paper and arrange the photo and words just how you wish to them to appear, use a little glue stick to hold things in place and then place it face down onto the scanner, scan to computer and then now you can reduce it in size and print off onto the transfer paper.

Great idea! Where do you get photo finish fabric? interesting! I used to use CLC paper (Computer Laser Copy) and then iron it on the fabric.
Sounds much easier your way. Thanks for the idea. Hugs, Rachel

Try using paint; open the photo in paint, enlarge white area around the photo, then use paste from to find graphic and place it onto the white area. You can then save the entire pic as a jpeg. Good luck.

This sounds like the method I would try. I have the printable fabric, adding the frame sounds fun!
