Embird users.... Could someone please tell me how to save a design (or part of) that I have made to use later. I think it's a (32) file somewhere. I made several different eyeballs, bird feet, and everytime I go to make a design I have to digitize it again. It would be nice to be able to use some parts that I already made.

Thank You

You can save the parts the normal way (I used to have a file called 'useful parts' and merge them into Studio.
Or you can go to Program Files / Embird 32 / EDstudio/ Library (pics 1-2) You'll find 2 files there: Badges and Shape; you can add a new file there e.g. BirdParts and save the designs there. As you can see in pic 3 I have added quite a few). Now you can access them in Studio through Shape - faster than going through your files.

Hope this helps.

And to save part of a design: select the desired parts and use 'Save selected as' instead of Save (as).

That's what I was looking for. Thank you so much for the help!

Not sure of your verison of Embird but in new one. If you just made say your bird eye or whole bird. You to to the word Design at top then to save design it will save to folder of choice as the eof file. That is what you made. Then to get it to work on again go to that file if your wanting the bird or eye to use such as jef, vip, pes, hus etc. or share as after you have saved it as the eof then go to the word design or the top zig zag looking button going to compile and put into Embird editor then it will prompt you to save as the choice of files jpg, vip, jef, hus etc. Hope this helped.

That one line is supposed to be go to instead of to to the word

I can do all that, but I recall something about saving into the 32 file. I think maybe "mops" posted something at one time about it.
Thanks for posting.

I did, you can save them in such a way you can access them in Studio through the Shape button. I'm working on my iPad now, so I can't check. Will come back in a couple of hours to explain fully.
