I have a great new to tell to you today: I have a new grandson, he is born this morning, his name is Paul, his weight:8 pounds, his mother had a "cesarienne", I do not know how to say in english, mother and baby are good health, he is my 16thGS! here is the first picture of Paul

The word you're looking for for the birth is the same in English as French, Caeserian, or Caeserian Section.
