Hi, I thought I saw a in the hoop design of a purse, and now have no idea where. It has a zipper and is about 5x7 in size. The zipper is on the short side near the top. It would have a long shoulder strap and it looks flat. I want to make one for my DGD who is 9yrs old. I thought I saw a free one. Does anyone know of a design like this? Thanks for any and all help. There is a website that is devoted entirely to purses. It is call Purse Patterns. There are a lot of free designs as well as some that you can buy. Hopefully, you can find something there. I have added the link - hope it works OK.

there is a free 5x7 zipper purse at the sew forum,you have to log in to get it. It has no strap but would be easy to add. free 4x4 zipper bag also

Thanks bev, I have those, they are like a make-up bag. What I'm looking for would go in the other direction, with the zipper on the short side near the top. Thanks again though!
