If this question is out of line, please, just ignore but - Nancy's Notions has an ITH design of "cookie" houses and accessories in felt. Does anyone know the designer/digitizer? Thanks.

If it is the Amazing Designs gingerbread one you might try sending an e mail to Nancy's asking about it. My impression is that Amazing Designs/Great Notions have a big staff of artists. A toll free number for Great Notions 1-800-553-1691 or www.greatnotions.com.
