There are 2 free design files for inserting a 7 inch and 9 inch zipper to download and the instructions in PDF format to download.

The designs can be made larger to accomodate a longer zipper but note that she states if you resize to just resize the length of the design file and not the width.

Always use a nylon zipper and I use lots of tape so it doesn't shift
