Threadart has an iron-on tear away stablizer thats on sale, has anyone used this product, and what was your opinion? I have hydro stick but wish to try something different and less costly. Thanks :)

I use Pellon Wonder Under fusible webbing, #805. It's paper backed iron-on, and I get it on sale for $1.25 for 17" x 36". I fuse cut-away stabilizer to my (shirt, towel, whatever) with a 4x4 or 5x7 inch cutout of the Wonder Under, so only the design area to be stitched is melded is fused together. Very cheap and no puckers! LOVE Cute Embroidery! I always buy it at JoAnn's or Hancock Fabrics with 50% off coupons. It comes by the yard just like fabric and comes with explicit directions. It's far cheaper and better than spray adhesives, IMHO. Bernie

I have not used this exact brand but have used a couple of other iron on and liked them. They hold the stabilizer to the fabric well but not so gummy like the adhesive type so your needle doesn't get gummed up.

I have never used this product from them. However, I do have their regular tear away and it has worked very nicely for me. I have also ordered thread from them in the past. All the products I have from them have been more than satisfactory. I would not hesitate to order from them again. Hugs, Mary

I use iron on tearaway whenever I am making T shirts for my GC. For stretch material it is wonderful. I do not know this brand however. Sarah.
