Femail Creations must be the legitmate site that "famalegoods" is spun from and is invading the Cuties. I understand that some malware will protect us. I don't have any clues as to how the webmaster can figure how to block them from posting.

Thanks for the information. I like to learn about this technology. Thanks for all the help, too. This is a great site in so many ways! Blessings, Joan

There are programs that can be written to block anything containing certain key words, but if you happen to spot one of their posts, just PM "test" (owner of Cute) and she will take care of it. She can just revoke their user name. I don't know if an IP block would work because these are bounced off of computers all over the world.

Femail Creations is a legitimate website in the United States. The spammer, "famalegoods.com" is a company in China that sells ripoffs of brand name goods, like fake Rolex watches. It's not wise to speculate about a website, much better to have the tools to look it up and be sure. There is no relation between these sites. Veronika is doing her best to block the IP address, but that it not necessarily an easy thing to do. The spammer can also sign in from different addresses, with different screen names. We're trying our best to deal with this situation, and appreciate everyone telling us when they spot one of these spam posts. Hopefully we'll get it solved soon. Everyone is cautioned to NOT go to that site! Thanks, hugs, Marji

Thanks Marji, for the life of me I cannot even start to think why I would want to go to the site to 'check their goods out'

Don't know, do they think being annoying will drive sales up? Pester people enough & they'll spend money? It's an unusual marketing concept, if so; don't think it'll catch on, hee hee hee.
