This may be of interest to some. I had problems with a zipped file from Stitchery Mall. I decided to sign into this site and look into my download history. Well, wonder of wonders this function is still in operation!! I re-downloaded and yippee all is well. The notice states this facility will be available til end of July, I was relieved that I could still retrieve files up to today and maybe even longer.

This is a good example of why we should ALL extract our zipped design files as soon as we have downloaded them. Imagine what could have happened if your account was not accessible, but even worse if the site (the design came from) had closed down completely??????

I'm glad you got your problems fixed with another download. Might be a good idea for everybody that purchased things from Stitchery Mall to check them, and go get them again if need be. Easier to do now that when they close down, then you'll be out of luck. Nice to know this was easily fixed, sometimes downloads get corrupted for the strangest reasons. Hugs, Marji
