I just read this now and I do hope everything went okay. So please give us an update.Hugs, Gerry
Laura, maybe you ought to put a couple of those baby pictures in this post, so people can see that she's born & healthy & mom and dad are happy campers! Those pix were just great! Big hugs, Marji
Laura,I join you in prayers for your DD and DGD. When a child is born, so is a grandmother, so get ready to expand your heart.
Thinking of all of you. My daughter also had a section and was able to choose so much about how she wanted the birth. All went well. Being a grandparent is such fun, I have had my grandson for the day and now am making him a outfit for carnival day tomorrow
Praying for the best for your daughter and soon to be granddaughter. Both of my children were emergency C-sections and everything went well and both were healthy. You and your daughter will be anxious until her new little one is born.
Please let us know how your daughter & baby are, we're waiting for pictures.
Laura, I will. I am so happy to hear that your little grandchild will be here so soon. I bet you are on pins and needles.
Your daughter will be fine. Just relax and enjoy the gift of being a grand mother. Thinking of you. Hugs Sarah.
I had 2...the first my mom came in and thought she would try cheering me up..tried to make me laugh..i kicked her out of the room and i hurt so much from laughing...not a good idea to make someone laugh after that....But the second time..piece of cake..she will do just fine...Are you going in with her...I was able to be in there with my daughters c-section...I got to hold my GD first (after the nurse of course)...loved every bit of it...Had me in tears seeing her for the first time.
Everything is going to be fine. In fact many times this method is a lot safer than natural childbirth. Good luck and let us know !
Will do. I am sure everything will be alright. Let us know how it went.
Congratulatons to everyone! A precious new person to Celebrate! Happy Birthday!
Congratulations to Katie and to you!!!! I will say a prayer for Katie and little Vivian, that is a beautiful name!!
