I just tried it out. The link took me to the owls, but when I tried to get to them by just going to her website, there were no longer there. A different owl set was there, and it had a freebie on it.
If the link takes you to the night owls page, I think you can still buy it there or download the freebie. If not, you'll need to contact the owner. The set's name is "night owls."

It's from Nancy's Designs. Sometimes on the owl designs I add a line at the bottom in very small letters "Hooters welcomed. BYO rodents."
