Has any one down loaded a free design and it is all black I down loaded the cutest frog with a basket ball and it is all black but the picture showes it in color.I do not know what to do with it forgot where i got it but I thought it is from sweet,embroidery.Lenamae

I have had this happen as well but I think mine was OPW & it won't show up on my software should I try it on my pc or does this mean it is corrupt? Good question Lenamae

Your machine may recognize the colour changes even though you can't see it.
