The project is Fabric Storybook notice that the link doesn't take you to the right page.

There are several books at Oregon Patch Works, however, I appologize for not knowing the designer's name. :)

I don't know what you intend to do with the back of the book, how you want to bind it. Making a double page can be done as follows. Digitize page one and digitize an outline around it in a single or double line of straight stitches as if you were doing an applique (the edges of the page). Page two is done the same way, but now you also add the satin stitch edge. Embroider the uneven pages first and cut them out. Then embroider page two Don't take it out af the hoop, cut the fabric outside tie outline stitches, place page one underneath and make sure it lines with the outline stitches and embroider the satin stitch edge. Now cut the two out close to the stitches. If you used a wss go along the edge with a wet finger to remove any wss visible. Good luck.

I haven't tried anything that intricate, but hopefully some of the more experienced cute friends will be able to assist you.
