A designs in stitches has a free stippled block alpha. It is 3.95 in high. It comes in formats - ART, HUS, JEF, PES & SEW. Hope this helps.

Designsbysick.com has an applique block alpha that I have. They fit a 4x4 hoop. $2.50 for set.

I don't know about the alphabet, but I think if you posted in the Public section, where all the sewing & embroidery stuff goes, you'd get a lot more response. I don't know if you meant to put this in Personal, or if the website just hiccuped when you posted, but more people read Public. Best of luck on your alfa! Hugs, Marji

Here are some more places to look it you haven't already looked there. Unfortuntely some don't tell you the size. Did you get the western alpha at Nita's place? You may still be able to get some of the letters free. Or what about using the outline font from Shristi - you could use it as a outline or as an applique. They are 63.2(W) and 79.8(H) or thereabouts. Hope this helps a little. If not let me know and I will research some more.

I think it was Cindy's embroidery that I got my 6" alpha from - but it was not block. I think I would try there first.
