158560Claudenicolas. at 9:05pm Perth Australia it is 3:05pm Paris time. I think the change of designs are around midnight for me so would be around 7pm Paris time for u. u will need to add or take off the time differance from paris & your time.
11357Claudenicolas, I suppose the best thing is to just check off and on durning the day and mark the time you have when the changes take place. anna and mops gave you very good answers, but the time change for me is 10 am to 12 noon. As far as the voting, maybe look at the time frame in which the thread was posted. Like it is showing me you posted this thread 3hr 47min ago. And it is Monday the 19th my time is 7:53. I know it can be confussing for I myself get there at times. But I hope my answer helps you some.

That makes it 14.58 now, so the time difference with western Europe is 7 hours. That means between 5 and 7 in the afternoon.
9811claudenicolas, mops answered you well. for us central Europeans the site changes in the afternoon. I find it quite convenient cos if I can't log in in the evening the next morning the designs are still there to download. usually here you find the Europeans, South Africans and Australians online at our mornings and afternoons and the Americans and Canadians come at our evening and night. hope mops and I made were able to help sweetie *4u
10164The designs here usually change between 4 and 5 o'clock our time. The requests for votes around the same Time. So coming here in the evening works fine for me. Although I have a look in the morning and the afternoon as well, as there are so many posts at different times, due to the different time zones. Flower for you.
