I just purchased a membership and when I put my selected designs into my cart it is telling me that I have a balance owed. Did I misunderstand that all the designs were free with a membership? Is there a special way to download the designs when you have a membership?

Welcome! It is OK that you asked your question here but if your question is about embroidery, this site, or sewing it should be in the "Public" section. You would have had a lot of help very quickly there. This section is for personal stuff and jokes. So if you have other questions there are many Cuties that would love to help.
I gave you a "flower" because we help each other "grow a garden" here. Anytime I read a comment I give a flower by clicking on the green flower shape to the right of the comment. I mark the check mark by the name of the person who started the comments to help me know which ones I comment on. I hope this helps you.
