Very nice but I do not understand what it is and what is it? can anyone help me? I think we do not use it in France and more I have no children.

it's a burp pad - made from a prefolded diaper frequently. You put it on your shoulder so that when the baby burps and spits up a little this catches it instead of your clothing. Very useful!! The rick tack trim is darling - how simple. I nevevr would have thought of this.
