173580Hmmm it doesn't sound like they run a very tidy workshop. I agree, the new needle plate should have been free to you if they broke it. I guess it wouldn't seem so bad if they'd charged you only $5 for the hoop and given you the needle plate for free, though :) I think I'd be labelling each item clearly if you dare take it back there next time. I have my own details on a business card taped to the machine & case etc if it leaves here.

360431Glad to hear you got it back! I would give them a second chance if they did a good repair. They made good on the hoop, elec. cord, and the plate. Others have had a whole lot worse service.
