Has anyone ordered from Stitch a Half lately? I can't seem to download the designs I purchased. I submitted a ticket on 5/19 and sent an e-mail yesterday. I haven't received an answer to either one. It's frustrating since I already paid for them and can't use them.

Had a problem earlier this month but managed to sort it. Took about 10 days to sort but eventually managed to download the designs. Log in and send another request on the same ticket. They will send you an acknowledgement mail - you can reply and raise the issue again! Good luck!

Sometimes it can be your browser. After having upgraded my Explorer it would not download. Try another browser and see if you are successful.
