Help please.. re: uploading design into DBC

Can someone please tell me where I am going wrong.
I've saved my first attempt at digitizing as a pes file, but when I try to upload it I get a red error message saying it's the wrong type of file.
Is there a trick to uploading.??

It's probably the name. Make sure there are only letters and numbers, NO spaces, no symbols. 'Flower #1' would give the error message, 'flower1' would upload.

Oh., thanks for that. I had no idea it could be the name.
