Does not make sense. If you decide to go with an attorney try looking for one that has worked on medical cases or is maybe a doctor or nurse who went back at got their law degree. 6340Yoriko, so sorry ti hear this. There are many people here who have small embroidery businesses and I have never been aware of anyone complaining that they have hurt themselves while embroidering. The one exception is when fingers get sewn up and this is accidently. I have not worked in a small place for years but I have seen people not treated well and it causes great hurt

Only if I embroider with a vacuum cleaner, that is how I got hurt, lifting a heavy one. I just can't believe this is happening to me.
