I got married to a wonderful man on Saturday and I am so happy.My brother thought it very funny for me at my age getting married again. Told him I may be old but I am not dead yet. lol

Congratulations! You are never too old to get married again - besides, you are young - at heart(where it counts)! One never knows when or if love will come again - some of us are lucky enough to get a second time around. When love happens, you should grab it with both hands and hang on.
I was married at 17, widowed at 37, a grandma at 38 and remarried at 50 (it took me 13 years to find another - wasn't looking). Our 11th anniversary is this Sat.

You are never too old to love so why not be married if it makes you happy. I wish you many many years of happiness together! I once saw a pic in our newspaper about a 97 year old couple who lived in a nursing home and they got married so they could share a room and be together for what time they had left. Their families were there for them and everyone was happy!

I hope you both will be very happy! I have been divorced 34 yrs and have never considered marriage again. I was married for 16 yrs and have one son, 45. He and I did very well without his Dad or his help! Live was just easier afterwards!
