The fSL design may not be free any more but maybe for sale now on her website.

Then click on Kaufmuster in the list on the left side of the page.
Then scroll down to just under the first sets of FSL Candle Covers (butterfly and the floral ones).
You will see the words - Blumen, Hochzeit und Weihnachten - with a pink box with an arrow in it in between the words. Click the arrow.
It will then take you to the next page where you will find the words Free Design under one of the pictures of the FSL Butterfly Candel cover.
Click Free for downloading it.
