Thanks for the help, but I have already done that and there is only a new subscription button available. I even went to my membership page and there is no renew button there either. I am really stumped!

But assuming you are talking about renewing your membership at Cute the following message might be helpful if you read it, that is, if you can understand it. LOL!

Note! A Subscription isnt recurring, you'll not be charged again when a subscription expires. You can to renew your subscription when it be expired. If you do have an active membership, you can just to renew your present membership anytime too, an additional 6 months will be added to the end of your present membership by automatic mode. We feel this is the fair way to maintain a membership site.
