I asked about Renewing my membership on the various Cute Embroidery/Amazing embroidery sites. I cannot find any Renew button. I did a "support ticket" a week ago and have never gotten any reply. Does anyone know if they actually answer a request? Before, if you renewed, it was the same price as you previously paid. I have been a quiet member since 2008. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks Cuties!

Hi! You just missed the sale on memberships! That's OK too and usually the renewal is a little less than the new memebership price, again not for sure. To get there go to home then the design page. I have done that and there is only a new subscription button available. I even went to my membership page and there is on renew button there either. I am stumped!

did you let your membership expire? maybe by even 1 day. That could be the reason you're not getting the renew button.
