Praying for you.. Iam still healing from my two foot surgeries in October and February. I can sympathize with you. Suzanne
Gerry, when the going gets tough, the tough get going. You my dear are TOUGH. It's improving. I went out to eat tonight and saw a man with no arms or hands. He had artificial limbs with hooks attached . The 2 prosthetics were attached just above the elbows. Count your blessings! You will soon be well. Thinking of you everyday and praying both hands will be typing again soon./Lillian
I imagine the hardest part is trying to keep your hand dry. Our daughter sliced the webbed part between the thumb and forefinger and to keep her hand dry we put on large surgical gloves and wrapped tape around the top. Hopefully in ten days you will be free from the bandages. Hugs.
Things are progressing nicely! You will back 100% in no time at all! LLDS!
Dear Gerry, get well soon! My thoughts and prayers for you. Love and hugs, Yoriko
Hopefully you will begin to have some feeling when he takes off the bandages the next time. From what you have said you did one heck of a job on cutting it - so you probably cut some of the nerves as well. They need time to heal along with everything else. I will continue to keep you in my thoughts and prayers.
Hang on...it's gotta get better! So sorry you're having this trouble. But thinking of you!! And praying.
Get me a kiss on her finger ... your finger will be fine! hehehe!!
I love you and tastes great friend, get well soon!
Hopefully, you will be able to get rid of the bandage altogether when they check it again! I know it has been hard trying to get much of anything done gracefully! Hang in there! Hugs, Linda
