Could someone tell me what a peg cozy is and what it is used for?

This is a popular question today.

In the "states" we would call it a note holder and a clothes pin for peg. caught me offguard as well.

They are used as note holders,Just cut a slit in the back,insert a clothes pin and add a magnet, or use as a chip clip to hold bags closed.
