I have finally loaded Wilcom TrueSizer on my computer. (Thank-you all for recommending it.) I have started using it and am glad I did, but I have one problem and I am turning to you experts for help. My sewing machine uses VIP or PCS as its format. I like VIP the best, and it is what I can download the most often. However, Wilcom does not recognize it. It is not a problem if I am converting another format as I can convert to PCS. My problem is with the designs I have in VIP - if I want to open them to look at or possible change Wilcom will not recognize it to open it. Any suggestions, ideas, thoughts, and/or help would be greatly appreciated. Thank-you to all.

EOS Version 3 by Compucon, which is also free, will recognize VIP format.

Thanks for answering. Which of the two do you like the best and is the easiest to use?

I use both of them. I find Bernina is faster for converting & recognizes most common files except JEF. Eos is easier for me when changing colors & getting an exact size when re-sizing a design. I usually run both programs at the same time & use them alternately. I like that they don't give me different colors when I convert a design like my Designer's Gallery software often does.

alternately. I like it that they don't give me different shades of colors when converting like my Designer's Gallery often does.

Bernina Artlink 6, which is free, recognizes VIP and VP3 formats. You can also use it to resize designs.

I'm not at my computer to check the other softwares but you could look at the Bernina or Tajima Pulse Ambassador free software programs and see if they will recognize it. (I'm on the iPad)
