Just had a lovely Roast Lamb dinner with all the trimmings for our son Ben (Naomi and Cooper are away till Friday am) and as I had Ophelie today Amy decided to stay too.

It's Ben's 33rd birthday today and I was just sitting here at the computer remembering his birth-it was Easter week in 1979. Where has that time gone?

Anyway they left about 8.00pm and I have all the dishes in the dishwasher. It's great having a roast but all the pots and pans yuck!

It's been raining cats and dogs here all afternoon, so we have had a good sprinkling on the garden. It will be good for all the flowers I planted yesterday.

I just wanted to share my joy with you all.

I'm off to Husqvarna club tomorrow. I've been doing those little Butterfly scissor holders since yesterday and want to try something new.

Love and blessings Chris

Nice to get nice soft rain after you have planted. It's just a joy that your family are close enough to get together often. Can't wait to know what you are going to learn at your class.

I didn't learn anything new Anita - but helped two ladies who didn't know a few things about their sewing machines! I felt good. So I ended up doing more of the Butterfly scissor holders! Oh! well, maybe next month. Love Chris

Well Darn on no new project! I know the ladies were very appreciated of what you can show them. There is a lot I would also like to learn and it is easier from someone than reading.

I know the feeling Chris- my daughter was born in 1976- remember it like it was only yesterday :)
Have a great time at your club - well deserved leisure time after doing all those pots and pans!!! lol ;)

It was nice, but such a lot of preparation and then it's all eaten in about 10 mins, but they all thanked me for a wonderful meal. Love Chris
