Hi Dee, I have a recommendation for you if you love FSL. The very best deal in the whole world of machine embroidery, in my opinion, is to go to Yoriko's site, mygardened.com and actually purchase her membership. It's on sale right now for about $30. I know, you've already spent a lot. But, you WILL NOT BELIEVE all you get for that! Her designs stitch out perfectly every time. There is no waste of thread or stitches. Tons of small charms, ornaments, FSL alphabets, borders, coasters, napkin rings, flowers, animals - you name it. If you need something changed slightly, she is happy to do it for you right away. Her service is excellent. The membership is the best bargain you can imagine. She had some lovely designs. Click on the 2009 gift snowflake and it brings up a set, They look more like flowers than snowflakes to me. Free!

Lianestich, under the freebie tab they have the butterflies and dragonflies, and a great big old fly, looks great with mylar. Hearts and flowers also. These are pretty large. But scroll on down in search tab to pe kreatibe designer, there you will find 3d butterflies in a smaller size. And get the cutest kitty bookmark. Best part is it is all free!

I add to the others - Yorkio has a TON of charm sized FSL that always sew out beautifully! She is having a membership sale right now too.

Yoriko's site is the best! I just downloaded lots of charms and jewel sets. My daughter and I stitched out 4 dragon flies and we want more! We also stitched the butterfly jewel set with verigated thread! Lookin good!

Go to free designs > and scroll to free lace designs there are all kinds of designs: doileys but also: little animals. hearts , bells, bunnies etc. Enjoy!

go to free designs, and scroll down to free lace designs at the right.

You could go to one of our CUTE family member's site and become a 6 month member for very little and also be able to download not only her lovely little charms, but the rest of her other's, too.

love Yorkio's site, she does a great job on her designs.

The ones from the tavern site stitched out brilliantly I used the flowers with Mylar behind them and they are beautiful, highly recommended

butterflies,flowers,fish,owls and don't forget the moth in battenburg. The snowflakes are very nice.

We are, but please use

as entry point. Other links may malfunction. We have a "mini-lace" category with a moth (or butterfly), a button-hole flower (new!) and some mini-butterflies. But our designs are generally on the "small" side, as we prefer.
