the only responses I get are doing a PM to test.

I sent a private message to "test" and she answered the same day.

This hole thing with the ticket never worked on my mac and I always give up during that complicated process :-(

like bevintex wrote just send a p.m. to "test" she will respond , perhaps not the same day, but she realy reads the p.m.'s to her.

I don't know, Linda Lee, I sent in a support ticket on Saturday about not being able to upload and no one responded, however they may have been able to tell that I can now upload....who knows???? The shadow knows........LOL!!
