Why is it that I can download pass designs but cannot downlosd the NEW PAcks.

I do have a bought Membership.
It is very frustrating .
This is the second time I write an e-mail. and recieve no answers

Are you clicking on the picture of the pack first? That should bring up the download button on the right. Hope this helps

The member button is new. Read the page carefully.
